
This is the season for delicious things, this is a recipe for my favorite breakfast. A crunchy, oaty müsle with warm autumnal cinnamon and cardamom, feel free to exchange ingredients for your favorite dried fruits. This recipe use oat for a gluten-free recipe you need to use gluten-free oat that has been tested and not contaminated by other grains. it is also impotent to remember that not all gluten-free people can eat oat and cheek if it is okej before offering to a guest with celiac or grain allergy.
3 dl hole buckwheat Bovete
3 dl millet flakes Hirsflingor
6 dl rolled oat Havregryn ()
0.5 dl flaxseed Linfrön
1 dl almond and/or hazelnut copped mandel eller nötter
